Martial Arts
This complete martial art gives the student comprehension of themselves as well as their surroundings. Pa-Kua focuses on personal development and is most identifiable by its circular form of martial arts. It uses the opponent's energy against them, and extensive studies of Martial Art tactics add the self-confidence that will significantly benefit anyone.
Acrobatics
Acrobatics helps students to develop strength, flexibility, focus and coordination. Handstands, headstands, cartwheels, balancing poses, rolls, and group poses are skills students will learn.
Sintony Yoga
In Sintony Yoga students learn and practice poses and movements that involve strength, flexibility and balance. They learn breathing exercises and meditation techniques. All of this comes together to help the student achieve a state of tranquility in their day-to-day activities.
Archery
In our Archery classes students learn the traditional Chinese techniques. Students learn how to prepare equipment, shooting in different positions, shooting moving targets, and traditional archery rituals.
Edged Weapons
Edged Weapons classes will help students develop tenacity, coordination and focus. Also traditional warrior values such as honor, respect, discipline and patience are passed on. Sabre, Broadsword, Jian, Knives and Spears are weapons learned.
Rhythm
Pa-Kua Rhythm is physical training through movements and martial techniques to the rhythm of music. It is a fun way to get fit and learn to defend yourself.
Pa-Kua Chi
Pa-Kua Chi is the study of the microbodies, which is each part of our body as a reflection of the whole, to perform harmonizing self-massage.
Pa-Kua Chi is the study of the more traditional techniques of energetic harmonization and manipulation from the East.
Pa-Kua Tai Chi
Also known as Cosmo Dynamics, Pa-Kua Tai Chi classes incorporate slow, fluid movements to help the student develop balance, coordination, strength and inner harmony.
